Digital Vettri 360° (“Digital Vettri 360°”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital marketing and creative growth agency serving businesses, brands, creators and women-led businesses.
We want every client to understand clearly how cancellations and refunds are handled before starting work with us. Please read this policy alongside your service agreement, proposal or invoice.
1. About This Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and payments are generally handled for the digital marketing and creative growth services offered by Digital Vettri 360°.
We have kept this policy clear and simple so that our clients know what to expect. It applies in addition to — and never instead of — the specific terms agreed for your project.
2. Scope: Your Service Agreement Comes First
Every engagement with Digital Vettri 360° is governed by the specific service agreement, proposal, scope of work or invoice agreed with the client.
This policy describes our general approach. Where the terms of your service agreement, proposal or invoice differ from this policy, the terms of that agreement, proposal or invoice will apply. We encourage every client to review the agreed scope, deliverables, timelines and payment schedule before confirming a project.
3. Cancellation Before a Service Has Started
If you wish to cancel a service that has not yet started, please contact us as early as possible using the details below.
When a service has not yet begun, any amounts paid for that service may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms of the relevant service agreement, proposal or invoice. We will confirm what applies to your specific booking when you contact us.
4. Cancellation of Ongoing Services
For ongoing services (such as monthly marketing support, content packages, campaign management or retainers), you may request cancellation at any time by contacting us in writing.
When an ongoing service is cancelled:
- Work already delivered up to the cancellation date will not be refunded.
- Services scheduled but not yet started will be reviewed, and any amounts paid for them may be adjusted or refunded where applicable, as per the agreed terms.
- Campaigns, subscriptions and scheduled activities will be paused or wound down in an orderly manner.
The exact treatment of your cancellation will follow the notice and payment terms in your service agreement, proposal or invoice.
5. Work Already Completed Is Non-Refundable
Time, effort and deliverables already invested in a project are non-refundable. This generally includes work such as:
- Strategy, planning and research already carried out
- Content, designs, creatives or assets already produced
- Websites, landing pages or profiles already built or configured
- Ad campaigns that have already been set up, launched or run
- Consulting, training or support sessions already delivered
- Any other work already performed against the agreed scope
Once a service or deliverable has been started or delivered, the corresponding value has been provided, and refunds do not apply to that portion of the work.
6. Refunds, Where Applicable
Where a refund is applicable — for example, when a service that has not started is cancelled under Section 3, or where the agreed terms otherwise provide for a refund — we will process it using a reasonable method agreed with the client.
We will confirm the refund amount and expected timeline with you in writing when the refund is approved, so that everything is transparent and agreed in advance.
7. Situations Where a Refund May Not Apply
Refunds may not apply in the following situations:
- The service has already been started, delivered or substantially performed
- The work delivered matches the agreed scope, proposal or invoice
- Results-based expectations were not guaranteed in the agreed scope (digital marketing outcomes can depend on many factors outside our control, such as platform algorithms, market conditions and audience behaviour)
- The client has delayed providing inputs, approvals, access or materials needed to deliver the service
- Third-party costs have already been incurred on the client's behalf
- The request is made after the project or service period has concluded
Each situation is reviewed individually and fairly, in line with the agreed terms.
8. Third-Party Costs and Expenses
Some services involve third-party charges, such as advertising spend (for example on Meta or Google platforms), software subscriptions, domain or hosting fees, or other external tools purchased for the client's benefit.
Third-party costs already incurred on a client's behalf are generally non-refundable, as they are paid to external providers. These costs will always be communicated clearly before they are made.
9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with:
- Your name and business name
- The service or project you are referring to
- The date of your request
- A brief description of your request
We will acknowledge your request, review it against the agreed terms, and respond with the applicable outcome and next steps.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or working practices. The latest version will always be available on this page.
This policy was prepared as a general guide and is subject to the specific service agreement, proposal or invoice agreed with each client.
